Jared has been in real estate and business mortgage, lending and investing for 14 years, managed branch offices for two companies early in his career before founding his own private lending company and has has facilitated a combined over $50 million in total loan transactions. He has also founded two additional online startups in the lending and peer to peer marketplaces space.

 

We are a private lending company based in Seattle and specializing in real estate loans for investment use (ie for rental, rahab. fix and flip or commercial properties). Jared Ekdahl specializes in investment property financing ONLY (N consumer mortgage loans). We do not base our loans on credit scores, income or assets like traditional bank requirements, so you can have bad credit or no income.
